All sales are final and no refunds will be issued unless an item is defective. This includes apparel.

 

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us your receipt and a photo of the item(s) at rachel@mendlipbalm.com.Â
